Communicate with Customers

 

Kwikwap enables you to communicate with your customers via various channels: SMS or e-mail. It is very important to ensure that your communications are not classified as SPAM (this means your message is both unsolicited and in bulk). Where the recipient agreed to receive the communication, it is NOT considered spam. Try to keep it short and to the point  your customers should feel that your communication is valuable and worth their time.
